Glued IC


@All

I'm starting with a friend of mine ( Chemical Engineer ) to make a studing about dissolving Glue from PCB.
Please if someone had take some experiment, report it in this tread so we can all together win our battle.

The glue is a kind of eproxy and it is acid-resistant, so your Chemical Engineer cannot help much!

Hi,
I heard from guy that he received from Japon a liquid who disolv this glue easily but i didn't saw it.It's mean that it exist.

I'm verey interesting with the results of this researsh, cause its
verey difficult to make a liquid solves this epoxy and spreads
deeply under the chip to solve it all easly. !!
At the same time it must not affecting the other plastic parts
of the hardware components.

Glue is a composite by two components.
First is a solvent.
Second is an eproxy Resine.
When the process of polymerization is finish is not possible to come-back, but is possible destroing it by Chemical Dissolvent.
By experiment heat harden composite furthen on.
Only way is to make a Dissolvent.

I had that stuff... I took sample to local lab for analysis but they were not helping much...

I still have mail of the guy i bought it from but he does not answer mails and phone calls for a long time now...

Maybe we had win our battle with a crazy idea !!!!
We had take some experiment with a Chemical composite containing extract of orange !!!
It's OK but we don't know with wich kind of Epoxy resine is working and about time of exposure.

@Evilspell i read this information on a chinese site but i don't know now where is because i lost this information, It's called remover Glue and they assure that work on all glue and resine, i have try to make research but nothing but someone in china have this liquid.
