I'd like to start a thread about this subject. I don't have much information, but it would be really helpful if some of you would post some opinions here.

Example: Never rehot FLASH IC's above ... 350 deg C!
Or something similar. Any opinion is welcome...Anything experienced by you more than 1 time in a row or so... Don't hezitate! Just put it here! Thanx! (Can be related to other types of phones, too!)

every parts have any different function ex: about temperature, so if you try to repairing the phone the keys are experience, measurement, and feeling.
