haw tst cpu 3310 bad is ram

for 8250,8210,2100,8850,8855,3610,5210
VCP=5V, VCXO=2,8 V, VREF=1,5V, VCOBBA=2,8V, VCORE=2V, VBB=2,8 V
check Crystal 26 MHZ, and 13 MHZ, better using OSCILLOSCOPE or MULTI TESTER
if all ok phone must be power on if one of them there is no voltac change CCONT

Good answer.Sometimes if you try to read phone with Rolis and it say Phone RAM is bad,then maybe CPU or RAM is fault.
