help,3510I only key 2,3,5,6 works


i have 3510 that only the 2,3,5,6 works
and the 4 key behave like the snd key
what is the problem?
there is no water damage,no dirt problem..
help pleas

maybe the hardware is littel diferent and wont accept downgrade..

Usually 3510i behaves this way when U try to flash it with unpropper flash , flashing with a propper one like v3.51 , Or last updated version , solves the problem .

I don't understand, I think it's a fault somewhere !

I noted that with v5.25 I cannot call to 12345678990#* to make a test,
so I have to upgrade to v5.30 to make this test with success.

But I've never heard about this keyboard trouble before !

this is 100% sw problem....
no need to downgrade, you can do it just by editing PMM (Change HW ID)

yes it's true ab PMM and stored there HW ID.

if not all key's working good you can try to change HWID to 2018 (if after pm write hw id changed to 1224)
