help ,6600 keypad only 7 8 9 don't work


i have one 6600 all key work ,only 7,8,9 don't work .i have changed the whole keypad (keypad cable ),but still the same ,any one can help me .thanks

clean , put some flux and reheat with rework station 2 keypad ic's near keypad connector.

the keen looker always sees missing or rusty diodes, look keenly cause u are one with d panel n only u can see this. keen look had help me solve lot of phones problems

check, clean keypad connector, reheat keypad IC. if problem still exsist replace keypad IC one by one...

anybody willin to tell me the best way to replace the ic how to check if it is in the right place with componets that small it a bit hard

but maybe with someone telling how he normaly dos it i might get it oneday to

please can you be a little bit more specific about exectley how.
i do have good soldering skills but am not able to posision the ic exectley where they should be other than wilt lotts of luck so any idease on how i could do it wicht tools to use havent found much on this subject

p.s

anybody have detailed pic of a sony k750 keypad ic???

simple clean your phone board again, with cleaning and allowed to dry .
couple back and it will work.

if do not work , use this code for correction ... *#3370# for full rate activation on your phone.
