my frnd got 6680unlock after that phone get off or phonebook is lost and also display light fades and cant see the icons automatically .this all happened after unlocking..the person told that on changing some hardware phone will be unlocked so he did and phone was unlocked ..so did he change the ic or what.. or this problem is a software prob... can we upgrade fw and solve it. or there is something wrong in hardware... can it be repaired by nokia carecenter.. or else phone works nice...plzdo reply fast as i m going to take this mobile... as i m getting at cheap rate..

well we dont know how he "unlocked" the phone ... (maybe he changed the board ? ) go to this guy and tell him phone is fulty ....
if you have a way , try flash it with latest software , and format user area.

if he has changed the board then wil there be any prob in future..? can it be solved by flashing ... as i m taking a risk..please do reply.
