got phone off boot sale and it says insert sim evewn when sim is in tryed reflowing board already any other help

100% filter sim ic. change it and all will be repaired

any diagrams mate im a repair by diagram bloke couldnt do it any other way?

I'm not very experienced, and I would like to ask how should one do change an filter sim ic? Is there a way to change that tiny little piece? what schould I have to do for it? and what kind of tools?
