my 8210 is Contact service
eeprom tool 4 test show me that is cobba parallel feild wath shoold i do ?

FIRST REFLOW COBBA IC with FLUX.. if don't solved change COBBA.

the most causes:
somebody tried to repair the phone and putted inside bad type of cobba.
if in phone is V257B, change to V257H.
If you have H, change to B.

no point reflowing the cobba 9 out of 10 have oxidisation on the pads best off removing the cobba first as the more times the pcb is exsposed to heat the less chance of repairing it.
