I just bought nokia 8800D on ebay ,the phone can send sms, but can't make any call, than i went to vodaphone to check , they say the phone one the blacklist, anyone can help me ? the guy on ebay don't refund. how can i do ?

can it change imei ?

do you have Jaff , UFS, MT-Box or something like that?
