HELP! Brand New problem with nokia 6680 (i have never encountered this before) - GSM-Forum

hello guys! i have a nokia 6680 here. the problem with it is that it turns off by itself randomly. in my 3 years experience as a tech for cellphones, this is the first time i encountered this issue. ok, let me describe to you the problem in details. when you turn on the phone, it boots up fine, after using if for like 15 to 30 mins (texting, making calls, in short normal use) or even just letting it on standby, it just turns itself off. one thing i also noticed is that when the phone was in a "keypad locked" state when it turned itself off, when you trun it on again its still on the "keypad locked" state! isnt that wierd? now i tried to plug it to a charger, when i left it charging for like 5 mins, i unplugged the charger. what i noticed was that the battery indicator on the screen still keeps moving even if i have already unplugged the unit from the charger! and if the phone is in that state already (battery indicator moving even when the unit is already unplugged from the charger) the back light of the unit wont turn on anymore and after a few key presses (any key) the phone will stop responding and then will turn itself off. i know its not a software issue. i have done everything i know on the software part. please guys, i really need your input about this. anybody who had experienced this issue before? what solution did you do? please advise me and share it with me. thank you so much.

normal use jaf box to solve these problem tick on sx4 then right pm then flash ur phone then everything will be alright,if u face any problem rebly me and am ready to help u

just change retu and?or tahvo,,i'll work fine

i had the same problem few months ago with 6270 unit,,i think i changed retu,,it work fine
