Unhappy Help Help...N73 Memory Card Roblum help me plz

plz help me my MMC Card got virus or something else.. he has corrupted my memory card that my N73-Me dont picks it and show disk error and some time it don't picks plz help me its has chaged to RAW and Fat32 has been removed tell or give some best repairing tool..... i tried it many time that My pc is not formatting through card reader....& my n73 is not formating it PLZ HELP ME PLZZZZZ SOMEBODY

brthr try to fomat with attach toll if not solve then change memory card.....
