anyone know to reset the 4370959 chip

That what you mean, with "reset"; 4370959 is code of UEM ic when replace UEM ic you flash phone, open SP and reset with a Flashing box DCT-4.
You need a Flashing Box( deejan, Tornado, ecc..).

have bought some new UEM with 0000000000000000 when reading with box, but some with ?????, just want to know how to reset the UEM to 0000

This is very interesting,I ever hear that before .By shocking them(Uem) to eliminate the imei.So we can use it as new again.
