help me for my 3250 keyad ic`s print miss from bourd - GSM-Forum

i received a 3250 with 123 keys not working when i try to change key pad ic i see that 1 print is missing from board see pic. sir print location now what shuld i do if any 1 can help me then i will very thank full to him

all the print cannot lost.
look with megnifing glass.
hope some print must b remain.

not all prints r lost see in pic. i have lost print from in 1st line right side 2nd print
