help nk 2300 charge problem

do u hav jaf box then u can do that how? there is option for factory default. i thing u can solve this problem.

check fuse near the battery terminals....

step .
1. clean pin interface on charging unit.
2.try another charger on your phone.
3. check, your phone battery for faults.

help 2300 not holding charge batt only last 24 to 48 hours, could this be a battery problem?
