anyway i have found sometimes that when epp repair is no good or was an error in the method to update or donwgrade key 0 and sign # not works, maybe your problem is here, try to follow good method and , of course, good soft.

Clean the keypad matrix with cotton swabs and solvent. If you are using replacement covers and keypad, then try to untighten the lower screws.
