try to dessamble keyboard and try to locate the malfuntion first... then we will try to resolve the problem

anyway i have found sometimes that when epp repair is no good or was an error in the method to update or donwgrade key 0 and sign # not works, maybe your problem is here, try to follow good method and , of course, good soft.

Clean the keypad matrix with cotton swabs and solvent. If you are using replacement covers and keypad, then try to untighten the lower screws.

Go to mobile.box.sk for download phone schem.
And try search in PCB you damage.
