how can I change this UEM, it's very hard to change it...

it's serious problem if u cut one of more solderball in the pcb, u'r phone my be dead or may be no rx or tx and etc . because UEM is very hard to change if have glue...u can do this with plug and do it very slowly and relax.

i think will be easy to try
nobody can explain u how to change it
is ok to remplace one damaged uem(from old to news )
all pins inside should have contact to the pcb.
one old phone and u will be sure have the completly solution, and i am sure u will have succes in this process
