No its a unit with blacklisted imei, stolen unit blocked by goverment of pakistan (cplc)

first simply flash with 4.11 version
then go imei tool

clicp 1p option

write ur desired imei number

give mcu 4.11 when device ask for this

imei will change (no signal problem)

enjoy new imei
