How to check Vbatt line?

I have a dead 3310
In service manual I am advised to check C404,C202,C226,C227,C228 if there is 3.6V on these cappacitors. I have 3.6 on C202( I can not find 404 on PCB) but I do not have 3.6 voltage on C227. The voltage on C227, when I measure it, drops from 3.6V and remains in 1,7 V. Why? ANd how can I check Vbatt line?
Thanks for help

Hi...

C404 is the smoother Cap of buzzer, it is under N400 the LED and
ring driver.
C227 is one of the smoothening Capacitors of the main line to the
ccont, the cause of the volt drop varies, it may be a leackage of 1
of the capacitors U mensioned , or failer of ccont it self or may be
it needs cleaning.
U can check the V-batt line by a mutimeter check the resistance
between +Ve and -Ve lines it must be higher than 1Mohm, and by
continuety meter check continuety between +Ve pin and other
+Ve points on the board ( buzzer pads, vibrator pads and Cap. U
mensioned ).
