how to chk battery low problem in nokia phone?

how to chk nokia phone battery low problem pz share hear yr gide .

i m using dc power supplay meeter to chk battery low conditon .connect phone to dc power supply then power on phone meeter show some amper current

if meeter show 1 amp current phone condition is so good only flace phone phone will complit.

if meeter show 4-5 amp current phone battery will run 5-6 hours

if meeter show 9-10 amp curent phone will run 2-3 hours

i got this complit detail but i cant understand which part is faulty for this fault pz give some advice hear for chk shorting for nokia phone

Hi sunil 1amp of current is too much a good working phone drains .2A off load to .4 amps on load
