how to fix glass i . c


I mobile repairer would like to ask that in most of the nokia , sony erricsson , mobile , small glass ic are found , I feel difficult to replace such small ic , such as sim ic , display ic , key pad ic , light ic , I have max 8550 ****er where should I adjust heat regulator , air regulator , from 1 to 10 , in max 8550 .
while replacing small glass ic , should I give very hot ****er or medium hot ****er , please give me the proper theory , idea , direction , for replacing i.e removing & fixing small glass ic such as sim ic , display ic , key pad ic , light ic etc .
some time for replacing the single keypad ic or display ic , I simply waste 6 or 8 or 10 small glass ic .
please help me ,
