how to remove display ic

dear br,pls tell me how to remove and solder display ic with out damage any parts wich flux is best help br,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

mate first apply small flux on ic then rehot it and press it down all solder will come out
but it ok,replace with new one then do press it down and shake it
if you follow this will help you

first of all cover all parts beside ic with ic cover (jali) now all other parts near display ic are covered and they will not damaged by heating now apply flux on ic and use hot air gun without any tension

if you can do so then there is no need to cover any part with the shields.
