Member: 871 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 602 | Hello Guys, You can remove it using any HOT AIR BGA Rework Station... You also need a good quality soldering flux (liquid or paste type). After removing the old UEM, most professionals usually remove the solder balls on the PCB, but just make sure that the UEM you are about to install has good solder balls. Best Regards |
