excuse me maybe I don`t understand something? but i look in the schematic and what i see power_on key one side connected to the ground and another to the PwrOnX at the RETU without any ESD filers! correct me if i wrong!

sorry for russian? but i can write here in english...

in the picture BGA 14*14
and RETU is 12*12 what does it mean??? that means that E12 ball is the nearest to the side of this BGA!!!!
and you just should put a thin wire under BGA, thats all

I think you are totally WRONG,this IC you showed is z4403 LCD EMIF and has no relation to power key!
PWRONX line is connected from r4406 to retu e12 ball.
If any one can show wich ball is e12 it will be usefull.
