i tried to use power supply in nokia with broadcomm cpu but not power on,anyone have ideal???

why phones like x2,c3,x2-01 cant power on with power supply?all these phones have broadcom power ic

1.Solder a resistor 68K between the BSI and the ground.
2.You can disassemble the old defective battary and use it to block.
