Member: 1221772 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | How to test board resistors and diodes easily ? In Short, My name is Mike, i am lebanese, lived all my life in dubai, graduated as computer engineer. recently, i entered mobiles world, what a huge world actually.. any how i had to open my own shop as computer repair , etc.. are not a good business no more. I have no back ground or experience in this field, but as a human being, i like to learn, and i am curious guy also. I have registered in every forum you could find in net, and days passed, i got a little experience in hardware and good experience in software. My post today is to let this forum and forum members, that this is the best forum in all means, the forum archive is huge and perfect, the members are well active and they really share their knowledge and experience, you cent find this every where specially in such forums that there are people working in this industry near to each other still sharing information's i am glad to be a new member. I am asking for some body to teach me more about hardware, because i tried downloading some e books about electronics, etc... but i need a lot of time to get it all, that's why there is a 4 years study in collage for electronic engineer, etc.. i dont need to be expert, but i just need to know some more information which will allow me to fix nokia phones specially. i have the knowledge to change ic, make bridged, etc.. reading schematics, following components , but their is my problem, i don't know how to check these small components in the board, for example, resistors, diodes, etc.. and there is no any e book or such to teach how to repair mobiles by details and practically. thanks a lot. your help is really highly appreciated. for example: i have a phone which i have changed Betty ic, but still didn't work and i checked the charging voltage its 3.2 not 3.7 or more, so here i am stuck... I guess this should help any new bee in this industry because most of the people who are working in rearing they depend on others solution so no harm if they could learn more about these small components. Member: 19979 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 116 | Hi first of all you need to learn how to ask small and precise questions instead of writing essays about what you need, you are not writing your biography and no one is interested in your skills and ambitions, right? second you need to learn that when you ask a question then you need to put a question mark (?) in the end, so reader knows if you are asking a question or telling some thing. but best of luck in your quest, if you try to read this forum often you will find most solutions here, but you have to read and search more and ask less, unless you are sure the solution has not been posted before.
