please i want way for solved it

open your mobile then u will found hdd then remove it

your phone battery is the problem.

try replacing the battery.
try checking battery connector pins.
try checking your phone casing again.
try checking battery lieing position before any application is applied .

you got harddrive problem.
harddrive is engage only when battery cover is put back in its place as a safety feature.
you got to format the harddrive .

it cause by:
-battery cover not in place
-magnet missing from batt cover
-HDD damage
-corrupt data on HDD
-poor interconnect between HDD and PWB

4.options
5.tools
6.format Hard Disk
*Quick format(1 minutes)
*Full format(15 minutes):it'll ask to charge your phone when formatting

the trouble maker n91 is hdd, turn on then close the cover bat and hear with your ear if you hear like knoking the door then find the hdd then replace....

chek your HDD suplly problem or replace HDD.
