3650:Stuck on "Nokia" Screen - GSM-Forum

Hello to all
My 3650 has this problem.When I try to open it,it show the Nokia welcome screen(before asking for PIN)then make restart,then again Nokia screen and then restart etc. The phone restarting 3-4 times before close completely.

I really dont know what to do. I visit my Nokia club and they said that they have to pass again the firmware but I gonna loose all the data on the phone memory. This really ***** and I really want to save my data from phone by any possible way.Backup on MMC,BT or IRDA are not solutions because I have to open the phone,sth that is not possible in the present condition.

Is there any idea how to make the phone work or how I could save the phone data before flash the phone?

PLZ HELP MEEEE!

jost flash it with pm it work 1000% no way to save the data

No chance to save phone data... usual illness for 3650... 4 blinks nokia!... erase flash using bin file then flash+write pm and its done!

if your flash the phone then still 4 blink, you must change no. 1 ic flash

No change, if should be ok 99%, after MCU PPM and PM.

just format it andv do not wright flash only wright pm file

i try pass Pm file ... it passed but the phone have the same problem !!! so the problem is no the pm but something else!
