Identity of Flash IC's of 6600


How can identity that witch flash IC F10,F11,F12,F13 Please Explain as circuit of location Red marking in re.jpg is error report by ufs I want to re hot particular Flash IC. Please Help me any one.

If u change F10 u also need new rpl.Try to repair this ic mostly this fault is due to dryjoint of flash ic.
