N86 8MP phone hangs when typing SMS

REASON

Some N86 8MP phones UI may get jammed when typing SMS message. In some phones this failure happens very often and it is easy to reproduce.

Problem is caused by IO-expander (N2850) that is located to engine board. This component has two manufacturers and components manufactured by Toshiba may cause the problem.

hello guys ,
have e66 phone got a problem :
phone doesnt start up
little vibrate and after a while the phone is switched of
flashed with latest rm343_500.21.009 AR but not fixed
also tried the above but no use any help whould appriceated
