invalid SIM card on 6680 after immersion in water

I have a 6680 that was immersed in water and now won't accept any sim card, everything else appears to work, it's locked to vodafone. Does anyone have information on how to do a hardware reset and any firmware and or software i can try reloading.

Yeah checked that mate, think it's a vodafone software problem as the phone works fine offline and the sim card works in other phones, going to get a software update done and see how we go from there.

if your SPlock data has become corrupted then flash will not solve that..

as we have no solution to bebuilt the SPlock data then your phone is screwed (without help of a nokia service)
