i erased 3110 which was in contact service but after erasing set was in same condition without flashing , i mean c/s not dead as it should happen after flashing.

u need to full erase d flash , if u have mx-key untick on safe erase flash then erase.

but make imei backup first , because if u erase complete flash without taking backup of npc data then u need to purchase rpl. remember this make npc backup first.
