Keypad IC Similarity...Important Post.. - GSM-Forum

Hi Brothers,

Can anybody tell his view about KEYPAD IC similarity data sheet?

Say Nokia 6600 Keypad IC if not available in the market then what else Keypad IC I can use OR in case of other NOKIA SERIES MODELS e.g. 6030,6020,6070,3230,3250,6670,N Gage etc.?

If someone can post the above KEYPAID IC alternative list then it would be very much helpful for me as well as other technicians in this forum.

think about nokia's wide range of model dct3/4/5 bb5
some what r same....but
All keypad ICs are not same..........

as I know, most of the keypad ic fr bb5 sets are same with 7610 keypad ic..

first i thanx for amit he done a great job it is ever green and i want to share all brothers i never look the ic number i just look the legs of the ic (bga) if it is same as another,for example N 70 keypad ic and 2 lcd ic's both are same and N 70 has a another keypad ic which is situated between the bottom of both cpu (rap and omap) these six leg ic( in n70 keypad 2 and another keypad i forgot sorry) can also use in many handsets for many purpose (u can get in 7610,6630...) no need these ic u can just make jumper connection as u know . insha ***** i will make a post which the members wants more
