Lumia 1020 only makes calls on loudspeaker

Hi, im wondering if anyone can help me. My Lumia 1020 is having issues. When i try to make or receive a call the only way i can hear people or they hear me is if i turn on loudspeaker. Can anyone tell me what is going on or what i need to do to fix it please?

nokia lumia 1020 ear speaker ways
first try to rehot audio ic N2180
if you still like the original check its path and remove V2130 and jumpers
