You need a memory card unlocker.
1st of all break password.
then formate with cardreader.
Then download any application from internet that can retrive data from removeable disk.
now you can recover data from MMC

If memory card belong with abov mwmtion 6600 then
use Seleq to find out password then open memory card
options>> reset password

if smone hve DVRS memory than formatt it using N 70, smone have micro SD than formatt it using china fone it works 100% 4 m

Just unlock ur memory card with mmc unlocker...

its veryy esey insert ur card in unlocker and plug in usb port.
when blue led is bliking then ur mmc is unlock.
