most n95 rm159 strange problem ever - GSM-Forum

hi guys,
i need your help seriously.
i've been in gsm repairs since 2004.
this i have never seen, and its my own phone. what a fck.

i have this n95 rm159 that makes this unique and so hard to fix problem:
it suddenly drawns all the battery, but if i remove and put battery back, sometimes it shows 1 bar, or full batery bars.
i changed few batteries, all the same (all originals)
the other thing is that i could observe is that this so called power comsumption is only with phone is with network signal, so when i receive 1 or 2 calls, it shuts down. but since its not always on first call, it keeps me wondering what could be wrong, sometimes i can make or recieve 3 or 4 calls before it shuts down.

i full erased and flashed back with a good pm, problem remained. i even used the new universal box features for bb5.

i replaced the whole front from a new working phone (all the sliding front including lcd and flex cable), so this part is not making problems.

i ask some you hw gurus if you ever experienced such or have any idea, to help me. i love my n95.

i must add this:

it also happened to show low batt even offline (and batt voltage is near 4.10)
i opened the camera and then closed it and battery now full bar

other strange issue is that if phone is online and plugged to charger, the phone does not turn off while calling or sms

its leading me to power circuit but i need more help

almost all new nokia got this IC.

you can get from 6120c as well.
