1- check the flat cable
2- Re solder/change this ic (in image)

N.B: there is a J point very near to ic... (you can found 2 i meen the nearest one)... is track to power key... so can connect it with Gnd ... to start up phone if keypad ic (marked) is intact...

So if keypad ic is damage... remove it and can power the phone from pin related to opposite pin to that pin connect to J point..... (like n70)....this for confirm your Dx (diagnosis).
