N Gage QD Missing SIM IC - GSM-Forum

HAve got here a old QD that seems to be missing the crystal IC near the SIMN reader that of course now is causing insert SIM card even whe n there is one inserted. Are there any jumpers for bypassing this IC???? or another way without having to replace the IC.

chaq this jumper if ok then chang ic or jumper very easy like 1110 6600 any ?
