hi

I have a new n-gage qd with white screen!

it's a new one! when I first turn it on it was only with a white screen!
I flashed the phone with JAF and it was ok! working fine without any problem! when I trun it off for more than 2 hours and turn it on again, I have the same problem! WHITE SCREEN!!!

anybody had the same problem?

any idea?

you phone flash ic may be got problem!
1st, try format again your phone.
after also got same problem,try erase full flash and write again.
if all the way you already try but also same,then you must re-work flash ic or changed the new flash ic.

if the phone with a white display but the phone work good so the problem from the LCD or the LCD ic's .
but if the phone have a white display and can't inter to a local mode your problem can be from the flash ic's or from the UPP you can frist read the RPL from the phone and change the flash ic's if the same problem change the UPP

can any one help me how format n-gage QD...i tryed *+3+call button and power it did work

100% hardware problem check the SN & u ll see ????????????????? i ve the same problem
