How do I open an N-Gage
 

Hi all,

I just went to switch on my n-gage and nothing happens its dead I checked the battery and tried charging it but it wont charge i tried another battery from my 6260 and it still does`nt turn on when i press the power button some black lines appear on the screen but thats it, I dont know what it could be any ideas .And how can I open the n-gage what screw driver will i need?
