N6060 short circuited - GSM-Forum

I have dead phone N6060 with very high current consumption. During pressing of the on/off button for a second light of LCD blink and also beep is hearing but afer phone switching off.

I measured current consuption and it was more then 2 A so totaly short circuited.
I tryed to remove the PA modul and also UEM and I againg mesured current consumption but result is same 2A.

Any idea what could be short circuited ?

I mean which component is faulty (short circuited)?
I am confused because phone beep and LCD blink and after that phone switching off but when phone is totaly short circuited usualy is totaly dead.
