N6600 boot problem - GSM-Forum

I'd really appreciate if anybody in the forum could help me with this: I have a N6600 and everytime i try to turn it on, i get an "app closed etelserv" message. The phone wouldn't even boot now. Any ideas?

u can try to upgrade u'r phone with 5.270 version

that not too big problem...there are many way to fix it and too many time was disscus in this forum,

1. try to reset using code " green key, *key, 3key and press power buttom ( hold that all) it dificult if you not understand and i can't explain detail in my bad english, if not slove go to step 2
2. try to format user are with griffin if not slove go to step 3
3. full erase with griffin, flash MCU+ppm+pm+unlock+format user area
5. be happy

Sorry for being so ignorant about this (i'm a caveman when it comes to hardware -- i'm more on the software side of things). Anyway, thanks a lot pazeth! I was able to reformat. But once in a while, my phone still restarts itself. Could be the battery though, considerings it's over a year old. What do you think?

HP-King. What hardware exactly do i need to upgrade the firmware? and where do i get the upgrade package?

Again sorry for knowing so little about this.
