N6680 RM-36 white display & emergency calls only

Hi all!

My N6680 is screwed yesterday. I built it out for dust off & cleaning, when I'm rebuilt it has no display (only white lights) and can't make any calls except emergency dials (I'm confused: what case is it? When the phone can or can't make a call? When I try to dial a normal number, a loud warning beep sounds, but emergency dial is working.) After this @ the first powering it powered as normal, except the white display. From the second attempt on every powerup it asks for security code (security lock to card was activated before but for this card!). I typed in the code in, the phone powered on (I heard the music) the white display still remains. Of course I tried with another display module but no success. When I observed the pcb I found L2302 or L4200 is (I don't remember which is) broken. Could it be the problem?

Any ideas and repairing pictures welcome. Thanks!

oh pls resolder ur display conector..
if u insert sim voice & ring are come normaly...?

Display connector resoldering done, but no success...With SIM card only emergency calls goes out, normal outgoing calls not, incoming calls not accepted (phone is unavailable on the network).
