first i try to solve the "no network" problem by change cap. c7525. after that the phone dead. i don't know what is the problem. pls help me.

I lost my nokia n70 and I want to black the serial, product or IMEI number so that he/she cannot use or open my nokia n70. And the simcard have already lock so me dont problem only my nokia n70 I want to black. Please help how can I do to lock my nokia n70?
