N70 freeze - GSM-Forum

I have N70 freeze after 2/3 minutes to the power on.
any ideas?

Have you tried to format it with *#7370# ?

Same problem here,In my case its hardware.working with keypad results freeze.

But I am not sure it is omap - rap3g - cmt or ape

ist chk with software if the problem remains same then check the smps ic voltage accurate 1.4 not less then that.if voltage drops then change smps ic or make jumper ,lots of hanging solutions is available in this site.click the search button .u will find ur solution .best of luck

This phone is not hang /frezee like smps case on white screen.
It freeze time random,some time after a minute some times after an hour some times after some days.
and when it hangs,LCD picture is there.and yes fully formatted and latest flash uploaded before.

I must add this:
No post about this kind of hanging is in forum,I searched two times.

all hangings are white screen hanging.and freeze on start up

but my case is diffrent.it hangs on menus,on standby,.....and random time.

1 year after the post i have the same problem

hehe, this is not a solution man, it is solution for store sellers.
mine phone is freezing after a couple of seconds after work in the menu.
no need to check the switch

Same problem, N70 starts up normal most of the time, displays full signal, goes into all menu functions....
BUT freezes after a while or when on a call & then switches off & back on again on its own. Tried reheating & complete flashing as well as sl repair & unlock but the phone is still the same.
Flash ic is sealed but i suspect that it may be the cause of the problem.
Has anyone got a 100% solution???

same here i got N70 like this all the SW tricks don't work
