my dear c,yr solution is ,upp,heat upp rap,,,with care and will be ok,,,tested by me,,many time,,,after do job clean all pcb with thiner ,,,post result

If change lcd ic not work make jumpers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If changing lcd ic not work exist only one solution rehot or reball RAP3g.
