N70 Hang up nokia logo !!!

Hi All ,

I've N70 came to me PROVIDER KEY: FFFFFFFFFFFFFFF , I bought RPL file to it and wrote it and phone now work good and have good info , but i think it has new problem H/W , Phone work good without SIM CARD and open perfect without any problem , when i try to put SIM card on it it's hang up nokia logo , and some times not open , i did all erase idea , and updated latest firmware but same problem .

Now phone open and when i try to do call it's start call ok but hang up on it ..and phone stop on this screen . Note ( All this problem only with sim card ) . i will attach here last info for this phone here and hope from you to help :

Thats all happen with sim card also after some minutes phone restart by it self and hang up ,, it's make me crazy ..

Tried to cahnge sim IC but have other problem phone now white screen ???? why ??
