N70 hot panel and blank LCD - GSM-Forum

i have 2 Nokia N70 phones: one is working,if you insert charged battery.But after,say 20min,phone will start hotting and will discharge the battery.

The second one is working but will not display anything.The LCD is alright becos it worked in other phones.Does anyone have solution{s} to these?

is incoming outgoing ok or not?
