3650 When Turn On "nokia-white Screen-nokia-whitescreen" Repeats

I HAVE A NOKIA 3650 WHEN TURN ON -SET ON -BUT IN SCREEN COMES "NOKIA-WHITE SCREEN-NOKIA-WHITESCREEN" REPEATS.NEAR AFTER ONE MINUTE SET OFF.

I FLASHED IN UFS AND GOT LOGS AS BELOW

i have one erase file nhl8_pmm_erase.0c1(65 kb).but i dont know how use it?i want more explanation of use of erase file

In place of selecting the mcu and pmm files select the erase file and click on flash button.The again flash the mobile phone use proper flash file.Don't forget to write the pm file

1 select mcu file 3650flash0flash1flash2erase.bin , flash button
2 select mcu, ppm file the correct files , flash button
3 write 3650 pm
4 init simlocks
5 set full factory, sw upgrade defaults , and init normal mode in UI settings

full erase and flash again with 3650 version 313 ,is the best version for 3650

dont try to hardware its only software flash yhe phone in jaf the full factory settings and file system format phone will be ok if not do this methods 50x

01 - Download the ATTACHED FIILE
02 - Rename NHL8_Erase_PM.txt to NHL8_Erase_PM.zip
03 - Extract the file to "C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\NHL-8"

= _02 - NHL8 LFFSErasePMM.fia
= _03 - NHL8 CCSErasePMM.fia

= _3660.pm
04 - Flash (MCU) the "_01 - NHL8 Flash0Flash1Flash2 ERASE.fia" , don't flash any PPM
05 - Flash (MCU) the "_02 - NHL8 LFFSErasePMM.fia" , don't flash any PPM
06 - Flash (MCU) the "_03 - NHL8 CCSErasePMM.fia" , don't flash any PPM
07 - FULL FLASH MCU "NHL83041.7C1" & PPM "NHL83041.701"
08 - FULL Factory Defaults
09 - Format User Area
10 - Wr PM (_3650.pm for 3650 / _3660.pm for 3660)

try to use another ver and flash it with jaf after flash mcu ppm with erase file
u can use adress in erasing
