n70 phone startup failed contact the retailer fault

pls any one help me? these is me for big fault


n70 1 st come display white ,than i check and change display ic both set 100%ok.

i give to customer these n70 then after few minites ,change another sim set SHOWING PHONE STARTUP FAILED CONTACT THE RETAILER.


THEN IAM CHECKING,PHONE LOCK OR NOT IN BB5 KING SHOWING PHONE IS UNLOCKED,THEN IAM TRYING HAND FARMATE ,HWK USER AREA FARMATE ,JAF FILE SYSTEM FARMATE,MT BOX FARMATE,NO USE,
AND THEN FULL FLASH ,BEFORE FLASH BACKUP PM FROM N70.AND THEN WRITE PM USING JAF .BUTTTTTTTTT THESE FAULT IS CONTINUING.

step 2 = load from pm == select good pm == pmm auth== then pmm auth ok go step 3

step 3 == write pm
