N70 Reastart when sim insert

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have N70 without sim its ok, but when sim inserted phone restart
i already tried Manual Flash, Complete flash on Jaf
i am try latest version an try without mmc , i am try erase file

but still same problem

if anybody knows
plz help

this a head wear problem and not softwear so trooble shoot.

SORRY FRIEND
it is not solution
my phone is witouth sim normal working
but when put sim card in the phone everytime restart
change pa and rx-tx anten swich and retu ic and hinku ic and vinku ic
but not solution

and phone have a diffirent problem
phone charging ok and 5 minute later remove the charger plug but phone is frezee and everytime charging

what is solution??????????????????

man u already changed everything u have to change did u tried changing the simcard crystal ???

try to change RAM i have some problem but when i open phone(without screw bolts) it working fine but when bolt phone problem again.RAM was my problem.

change rap3g with flash ic
that's ok
but everytime where i can find rap3g with flash
i think i dont find
and i dont know rap3g faultly or flash faultly
which one i dont know
and i have 6630 same problem solution rap3g with flash
